How are dividends calculated?
This August marks the first time NOVA clients receive profits from their investments. NOVA token holders benefit from two types of dividends: rental income and property appreciation. While property appreciation dividends are credited at the conclusion of each project, rental dividends are distributed every three months provided the property is rented out.
Rental dividends are expected to account for 8.5% of the annual earnings. This amount will be paid out within the project’s duration and depend on the number of tokens an investor owns, or, in other words, the capital invested in the project.
