If an unregistered Ethereum address acquires tokens, the owner must create an account via the NOVA app to access property statistics and receive dividends.
While the tokens remain on the Ethereum platform, they will only be displayed in the Portfolio after the user connects their third-party wallet to NOVA and verifies it with a web3 signature. Dividends will only begin to accrue once this connection is established.
Once connected, the new owner can view their tokens and available funds in the Portfolio tab of the NOVA app. They can also withdraw the available dividend funds via any method.
