What is the dividend period?

At the end of this period – when the project concludes – token holders also receive dividends related to the property’s appreciation in value.
Rental dividends are the income generated from a property when it is occupied by tenants who pay rent. This income can come from either long-term lease agreements (the Long-Term Rent strategy) or from short-term stays (the Holiday Home strategy).
NOVA 2.0: Updated rental dividends model
With the recent update, NOVA has completely overhauled how and when investors receive their rental dividends. Here’s how the new dividend model works.
New status – Active
Once a property’s tokens become available for sale, the project attains Active status. This status allows investors to purchase tokens and start earning profits.
Dividends period starts right away
Unlike the previous model, the Active status in NOVA 2.0 allows investors to receive dividends even before all tokens are sold. From the moment the project is published, it already has a set dividend calendar, and the first dividend payout date can be viewed directly on the property page.
Resale market update
Additionally, starting July 21, NOVA investors who have already purchased tokens can resell their investments before the primary token sale concludes, providing greater flexibility.
End of the project
At the end of the project, once its duration expires, investors receive their final rental dividend payments, dividends from property appreciation, and the return of their initial investment.
