Meet Rizky, NOVA’s proud investor
“Hello NOVA! My name is Rizky Setiawan, I’m from Jakarta, Indonesia. I have a big family and I’m the second son of my father. I work as a driver but in my free time, I’m a trader and an investor. I want to tell you my story with NOVA and how I started investing in property tokens.
“While my friends were skeptical about my findings, I did my research, understood the risks, and still invested in my first token in 2024. My token has brought me dividends three times already. Here is how it went for me.”
How did Rizky learn about NOVA?
“I came across NOVA because I received an email from my broker Headway. I checked their website, but I didn’t understand a thing. What is property tokenization? How do you profit from real estate in the form of tokens? Still, something clicked in me. I had the feeling that this business model could be profitable, but I was scared to try.
“When I told my friends about tokens, they thought it was a crazy idea to invest in them. At first, I thought maybe they were right. There was not much information on the topic. But a part of me was saying, what if this is the next Bitcoin? Blockchain is the future, I can’t miss it.”
Making the first move
“I have read all the articles I could find on the Internet and talked to the support managers. I thought, it’s free to gain new knowledge, so why not educate myself on property tokens too? The more I devoted my time to it, the more I got convinced that I could test the project myself.
“I decided to buy one token. It cost $48, so I could afford it. The purchase process was easy and satisfactory. I noticed that every day there were fewer tokens left, so I bought 5 more. I decided to stop on six tokens first to see how my investment would go, how dividends would be credited, etc.”
First results = first profits
“Sometime later, the property was fully funded. I received a notification about that. Three months after that, I received another notification, about my dividends! It was dividends from the rent of the NOVA apartment, it was around $5. Since then, there have been three payments already or $15 in total. I have bought my tokens and do nothing with them – but they bring me regular returns. Doing nothing and making money, isn’t it cool?
“I told my friends about the results of my NOVA test. They all were surprised, and now they’re asking me about NOVA, the registration, new projects, and all. It’s funny to see how they first didn’t believe in my idea but now they seek my advice in the field of tokenization. It makes me feel so good, I was the first to know that property tokens have potential.
