Today is the biggest day for Headway NOVA so far! We completely changed how our dividend system works. From now on, properties will start to generate rental dividends right after they become available. Learn more about NOVA 2.0 and the new changes below.

Dividends come earlier!

Previously, NOVA token holders had to wait until the project became fully funded to start receiving dividends. This could take time, as different properties attract varying levels of demand.

With NOVA 2.0’s groundbreaking new model, that wait is over. We wanted to bring your anticipated earnings as soon as possible, so this requirement is no longer relevant! In the recent update, we removed the Funded status from our projects, which means they can start generating rental income from the moment the tokens are released for sale.

Now, when a property enters the Active status – that is, when its tokens become available for sale – all the paperwork related to securing the property and finding tenants has already been done. Unlike before, when these steps were handled during the funding phase, now all essential preparations are done in advance. This ensures that as soon as you invest, you start earning dividends immediately without delay.

What does it mean?

Like before, the dividend period (or project duration) lasts over a fixed timeframe. Regardless of when you buy your tokens, you will receive dividends according to the preset schedule, like all other investors.  Therefore, the earlier you invest, the more dividends you will receive throughout the dividend period.

  • Faster profits. Instead of waiting until all the tokens are sold out, you can get returns on your investment earlier in accordance with your dividends calendar.
  • Transparency. We know how insufferable waiting can be! That’s why we removed uncertainty and delays to put your returns front and center.
  • Updated installment plan. With the changes implemented, aspiring real estate investors can now open only one type of installment payments – the 4-part plan. However, it also means that they can start receiving consistent dividends even while still paying off their plan.

What awaits MBR 13 investors?

Since MBR 13 has already launched and token sales are ongoing, many investors have purchased tokens and are awaiting the start of the dividend period. We are excited to officially announce that MBR 13’s dividend period will begin on July 15!

The dividends will be paid monthly, meaning the first rental dividend payout will be on August 15, with payments continuing every month thereafter.
