The 9th payout just landed. This month, $2,283.58 was shared among investors, split proportionally by token ownership after fees were deducted. Three more payouts are still coming before the project is finished.
However, rental dividends aren't the only income. As the property’s price increases, so does the token value, which is returned to token holders at the end of the project. Since the property appreciated by 3% in January, rising from $409,000 to $421,266.05, all MBR 13 investors will receive higher returns.
