For each property, this appreciation represents the overall increase in value achieved from the property's initial price at the beginning of the project up to today. JVC 11 has jumped by 12.32%, rising from $240,000 to $269,571.06. JVC 12 is also performing well with a 9.67% increase, moving from $237,120 to $260,040.77. MBR 13 is off to a strong start with a 3% gain, rising from $409,000 to $421,266.05. Meanwhile, DSO 14 has already increased by 1.05%, rising from $123,950 to $125,255.24 – an impressive result considering it was launched just a few months ago.
